Eddie's 10 is like a Commandment to Client-Care.
When I started Real Estate, I thought, What can I do as Realtor? What can I offer people that no other Realtor offers? How can I change the face of Real Estate? I have done a lot of thinking, analization and reflective insights taking in consideration Clients cultural origins, economic status, familial disputes, and a long variety of situations that a quality Realtor would consider.
This is when " Eddie's 10 " concept was born.
I, therefor conclude that formulating Commandments to render optimum quality service to a Client is extremely important. I feel that if I can conduct all of my business dealings while following these "Commandments" then I have definitely accomplished what I set out to do: Create life long relationships, Help people to make some of the biggest decisions of their lives, Promote decent lifestyle without sacrificing comfort, and most of all, Maintain a high level of integrity.
Eddie's 10 Commandments as a Realtor.
1) Integrity is who I am, I own it, so I will use it, always.
2) Treat my "newest" client fairly as though they were my "oldest" and dearest friend.
3) There is no such thing as too much information. I must make sure my clients always have all the information available all the time, even years after we do business.
4) Pagers??? No way, I will always be reachable on my cellphones, if I am temporarily unavailable, I must return any messages within the hour or as soon as possible.
5) Honesty is the only policy. Without Honesty, there is no Trust. Without Trust, there is nothing.
6) I love Real Estate and I sincerely value my Clients. So then, I will help my Buyers and Sellers build wealth.
7) I will consider my Clients business my business, not just another commission.
8) I know that balance is key to a happy and healthy life and I will not disrupt the balance in my Clients lives. I hope to enhance it by maintaining my own balance.
9) If I can't have fun helping my Clients enjoy the most important acquisition of their lives, "Their Home", then I've chosen the wrong career.
10) Success does not always mean "bigger is better", Success is reaching your goals.
My goal is NOT to be the "Top Selling Realtor In Your Area" or be "Your Area Specialist".
The "Eddie's 10" goal is to provide the BEST SERVICE so you will think of me first when you think Real Estate. NOT based on my income or my sales statistics. BUT rather based on my SERVICE, ENTHUSIASM and COMMITMENT to be the BEST REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL that have ever work for you.
" Your Realtor for Life."
